I am sure that by now you are aware of the current situation with COVID-19 and wanted to personally drop you an update so you know where we are at and what we are putting into place to ensure we can still serve you and maintain our usual high-level customer service.
Our phone lines are still open and calls are being answered, advice is still being given.
We use an IP phone system and can simply plug our phones into any internet connection and resume as normal, all of our systems are web based so we are confident we can continue support throughout this.

Note than in general we do not take phone orders, however we can guide you through buying online and send you a pre-filled basket for you to add your payment details to.
Returns process is as usual and for any faulty items we will work as hard as normal to ensure they are turned around quickly for you.
At present we have no major supply issues, we are still receiving daily courier collections and we are still manning the warehouse with no issues as yet.
We have dropped our free delivery threshold from £99 to £50 so you can buy more lower cost items without paying the shipping!
There are however some delays due to increased demand and the couriers have all issued statements stating that next day is no longer guaranteed, however your item shouldn't be more than 2-3 working days away and most are still being received next working day.
Our trade counter/showroom is closed to visitors, collections are also unavailable at this time. All meetings have been suspended.
We are happy to ship this order to you as usual.
Whilst we don't want to encourage you to buy things you can't afford, we do have interest free credit available if you want to spread the cost over three months.
We'd reccomend that you only buy what you can afford, but the finance may make things a little easier for essential purchases at the moment.
Until further notice we are "business as usual" and really appreciate you choosing us as an independent retailer rather than a large corporation with large cash reserves to see this through.
