We have put in quite a few measures to allow us to continue operating throughout the pandemic whilst keeping you, and our staff, safe.

Above is a quick overview of our main services showing whether they are open or closed. Below is in more detail. 

 

DISPATCH / WAREHOUSE

DISPATCH: All orders are currently being dispatched as normal. Our daily order cut off remains at 2pm.

Our warehouse is open Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 with social distancing and other measures in place.

STOCK: We currently have strong stock levels and we are mostly running a real-time stock system on the websites. We have installed a delivery timer system on the product pages which indicates an expected delivery date. If it displays as "In Stock In Our Warehouse" then this is real-time stock and you should not experience any order delays.

For everything else we have estimated delivery times best as possible, items ordered from suppliers may incur an additional day or two delay.

KOBLE DESKS: Koble desks are experiencing delays as they require a speciliast two person courier. We have added estimated delivery dates to the product pages.


DELIVIERES

COURIERS: At present our main couriers, DPD, DPD Local & Parcelforce are still collecting from our warehouse daily.

Orders are still being delivered on a next day basis (where an express delivery service has been requested)

Some deliveries from DPD & DPD Local are arriving sooner than planned, i.e some are being delivered on a Saturday or Sunday. This is not guaranteed, but it is possible.

DELAYS: There is potential to be some delays with the couriers throughout the pandemic. To date we have found them to be very good and delays have been very minimal, however they are no longer guaranteeing next day service so please bear this in mind when ordering.


CUSTOMER SERVICES

PHONES: We are still available by phone and are currently maintaining our high level of customer service. There are a few times when all operators are on the line so if you don't get through first try please try again in 30-60 minutes or drop us an email instead.

Please note that we do not take phone orders, however we can assist, advise and send you a shopping basket to complete online.

LIVE CHAT: Still in operation daily

EMAIL: All emails are monitored and responded to ASAP. This is the best way to contact us.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Please do not message us on social media, we cannot guarantee a reply as fast as from other channels listed above.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are still processing any returns / exchanges / faulty goods as per normal.

However please bear in mind that we need to speak with manufacturers when processing faults / exchanges and some manufacturers are currently slower to reply and / or action than we are, and we can only go at their speed.


SHOWROOM / CLICK & COLLECT

SHOWROOM: Our showroom remains closed throughout the pandemic.

At present we do not have an expected date for re-opening so we are not taking any appointment bookings at this time.

CLICK & COLLECT: Currently offline, all orders are being dispatched to your address only. We will add Click & Collect back as soon as the government restrictions are lifted.
