Why Does My Order Come In Multiple Packages?

Sometimes you may receive your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. This is because we often ship products directly from manufacturers or from our separate fulfilment warehouse. Most commonly all items will be received on the same day, if not you'll usually get a separate tracking number for each package so you can see the status of each item.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, most orders are updated with a tracking number. We mostly use Parcelforce & DPD for our deliveries. Some items are sent directly from manufacturers and may not include a tracking number however we do aim to provide tracking for the majority of orders.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We've made it as easy as possible to pay for your order, we accept credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Klarna Credit and Amazon Pay. You can also bank transfer us if you prefer.

Is My Order Data Safe With You?

Yes, we use secure server licences (SSL) on our website and use the industry leading eCommerce platform Shopify which means we are always fully secure, up to date and we also do not have direct access to your payment information.

We never use your data for anything other than processing your order and for our own mailing list, which you can easily opt out of.

How Much Is Delivery?

All orders over £89 are delivered within the UK free of charge. We also have express shipping options available.

What Happens If My Item Goes Faulty?

We can assist with all warranty claims for faulty or damaged goods. If your item develops a faulty please contact us with your order and fault details and we'll work with the manufacturer to get a repair or replacement under warranty. 

All warranties are with the manufacturers, not TECH4 directly, we'll do everything we can to help you but can only work within the manufacturers warranty period and following their processes.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, we have a 30 day returns policy meaning you can return your item for any reason.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us ASAP by clicking here.

If your order has already shipped then you will need to either reject the delivery or return the item to us, once received back this will then be refunded for you.

My Delivery Is Missing An Item, What Do I Do?

In the rare event that your order is missing an item please contact us in the first instance. Our warehouse features CCTV cameras over all packing benches so we can easily check parcel contents and advise further.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

If you, or we, cancel and refund an order then your monies are returned to your original payment method. For credit/debit card this is usually within 3-5 working days and PayPal is usually instant. We endevaour to process any refunds ASAP.

Do You Offer Installation Services?

At present we do not offer installation services directly. Most of our products are carefully curated for easy DIY or electrician installation and usually do not require a specialist installer.

However you are not alone! We are available for phone, email and live chat support to you or your installer before, during and after sale.

Do You Price Match?

If you've found an item cheaper elsewhere please email us a link to the product page. 

We cannot guarantee a price match as there are some large businesses with big buying power in our industry, however we will try our best for you.

Don't forget that unlike the bigger companies we're quite easy to contact and talk to a real person with free advice, support & guidance.

We will only look at price match requests on authorised retailers excluding sale events.
