We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*

If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

HIGH PERFORMANCE: At the heart of the ground-up mid/bass driver design is the C3 Continuous Curved Cone™. The cone’s geometry requires good motor strength for optimal performance. Substantial magnets are coupled to large voice coils to increase motor strength - the result is a 50% increase in power handling and control over a comparable driver with 25.4 mm voice coil. The result is an improvement in the dynamic range of the speaker, especially in the bass region.
