Delivery Policy

At TECH4 we aim to get your product to you promptly and in perfect condition.

We use the top couriers including DPD, Fedex, Parcel Force and Royal Mail with tracked deliveries.

Shipping Options

Note: Not all options are available on all products. Please see availability at checkout. If it is not showing as next day delivery available then we are unable to offer this service, on this product, at this time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to mainland UK only, at present we are unable to ship into Ireland, Northern Ireland, Europe or Rest Of World.

Working Hours & Cut Off

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00

The daily cut off time for same day delivery is 15:00.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours depending on delivery service chosen at checkout (where applicable)

Order Updates

Once you place an order with us you will receive a notification e-mail outlining your order and details.

We then get busy picking and carefully packing your item. Once we've got it all ready to go you'll receive another update to tell you it's been dispatched with a tracking number.

Missing Deliveries

If you have not received your item after 4-5 working days please contact us immediately so that we can look into it for you.

If you receive an order that is missing an item please contact us within 24 working hours of receiving the parcel. We are unable to help beyond these timescales.

Order In Good Time

Please be aware that the above are guidelines, we try our best to stick to these guidelines but some delays can be caused by couriers which we have no control over.

We recommend that you please order in good time we cannot be held responsible for any costs or issues incurred from delays due to any dispatch or delivery issues.

We recommend that you give yourself a good few days in advance at a minimum.
