We pride ourselves on our customer service, so we try to make it as easy as possible to return or exchange your product(s) for whatever reason.
Item Not Received?
If you have not received your item after 4-5 working days (UK) please contact us immediately so that we can look into it for you.
95% of our parcels are sent via next working day courier, so if you haven't received it within a couple of days please get in touch.
Faulty / Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, or your item is or becomes faulty, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
We will initially run through a few options to test the item out, then if necessary will arrange a replacement unit. We endeavour to get all faulty/damaged goods replaced ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item within 30 days for a refund, for any reason. The product must be in it's original packaging materials, in as new and re-sellable condition. Any sealed bags or plastic covering must remain intact and un-opened. (This does not apply to faulty items)
We are happy to swap your product for an alternative if required. Our main aim is to make sure that you have the right product for your project.
