We pride ourselves on our customer service, so we try to make it as easy as possible to return or exchange your product(s) for whatever reason.

You can return any item within 14 days for a refund, for any reason.

The product must be in it's original packaging materials, in as new and re-sellable condition.

Any sealed bags or plastic covering must remain intact and un-opened. (This does not apply to faulty items or TECH4 Guarantee items)



If this is an item that is not working as expected and our TECH4 support team can't get you up and running then we will accept it back with opened packaging provided that a) you have tried to get it working with our tech team, b) you retain all original packaging and c) it is within 30 days from order including weekends.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, or your item is or becomes faulty, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

We will initially run through a few options to test the item out, then if necessary will arrange a replacement unit.

We endeavour to get all faulty/damaged goods replaced ASAP.

We recommend using a service called Parcel Monkey ( to arrange the collection and return to us. This service is cost effective, easy to use and the couriers can collect from your home or work with no labels required.

PLEASE NOTE - Make sure that you include your name, address, contact details and order number in your return. Failure to do so can result in delays processing your refund or exchange.
