The High Power it is a three-pin power supply with a ground connection for Pro-Ject turntables.
It gets rid of ground-related hum problems, especially occurring with amplifiers that have no real ground connection.
If a turntable is not properly grounded, it may have a different ground reference to the connected amplifier. Consequently, these potential differences induce a compensating current which can be heard as a hum.
Many modern amps, especially those used in soundbars and streaming speakers (but also found across a wide variety of hi-fi separates), have no ground connection, and can therefore experience this problem.
These systems are called, in technical terms, "floating mass systems".
If a standard turntable is connected to such a "floating mass" amplifier, then an audible hum can be the result.
High Power it solves this issue by adding a grounded connection directly to the turntable's power supply.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
