Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Transform the sound quality of your Q Acoustics E120 ceiling speaker system (sold separately) and upgrade the power with the add on subwoofer.
Featuring a built-in 150W class D digital power amplifier driving a massive 8" low-frequency driver this subwoofer adds significant depth and realism to your music.
The subwoofer is active which means it simply plugs into a power socket then wires into your E120 panel with the included cable.
No matter what type of music you listen to, or how loud you listen to it, adding a subwoofer can significantly increase the overall sound quality (especially when paired with the high definition speakers).
The subwoofer is fully adjustable so you can select how powerful it is and at what point in the bass kicks in, so you don't need to be a full on bass head to get the most of your ceiling speaker system.
It's available in black, white and walnut to match any decor.
