We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*

If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.

We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

The Q Acoustics E300A is suitable for installation in any room in the home and is just as capable of powering a single-room set-up or expansive multi-room system as it is driving an entire smart home habitat.
Integrated Amazon Alexa voice-control is activated by three far-field microphones, ensuring 360-degree coverage across even the largest open-plan living space. Use E300A’s power of Amazon Alexa with other compatible smart home products such as light fittings, thermostats, and door entry.
Just like many other Alexa-enabled products, E300A features an LED light ring to confirm voice interaction - and its surface-mounted light sensor ensures the LED ring is set to the correct intensity depending on the ambient light of your room.
It can be connected to in ceiling, in wall, or outdoor speakers to provide discreet but powerful sound. (sold separately)

- Easy Music Streaming: E300A is compatible with popular music services Amazon Music, Apple AirPlay 2®, TIDAL Connect and Spotify® Connect Hi-Fi, simply select E300A as a speaker to play though on the App. Connection to the internet is available using the Ethernet socket or via Wi-Fi. Bluetooth 5.2 is also on board for alternative wireless streaming from compatible devices such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Enhance TV Sound: E300A includes a combined mini Toslink socket for optical digital audio and 3.5mm stereo analogue jack, this input is manually selected using the remote control or App. Simply fit a suitable length optical digital cable from the TV to enjoy hi-fi-quality TV sound.
