Unfortunately we are currently only shipping to mainland UK and are currently not shipping to Ireland.
We offer a 30 day returns period whereby you can return your product for any reason*
30 DAY RETURNS
If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Product Overview
The Q Install Qi80C is the most powerful of the Professional in-ceiling range from Q Acoustics including the beautiful Q Install magnetic grille design where the super slim bezel and narrow-mesh grille clips firmly into place.
The major benefit of this grille design is that it makes a larger diameter in-ceiling speaker look much less obtrusive.
As with all our Install products they feature protective driver dust covers and cloth backed grilles to facilitate painting.
