If you do not need or want your item you can return it to our UK warehouse within 30 days from your purchase for a refund (excl. any premium shipping costs).
Returns must be sent back at your cost using a tracked & insured courier service. We recommend Parcel Monkey.

WARRANTY & FAULTY GOODS
All products on our website come with a 1 year return to base warranty (unless otherwise stated).
If your item has become faulty within this time frame, or if it has arrived damaged, please contact us for further information.
If your item is deemed faulty by our tech team then we will need it back for testing and repair or replacement under warranty.
When returning goods please ensure you include your full name, details and order number. We will reimburse shipping costs of up to a maximum of £15.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges however you are welcome to return your item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Q Install QI80CP 8" Performance In Ceiling Speaker
The Q Install by Q Acoustics 8” Performance in-ceiling stereo speaker features the latest styling and stereo speaker technology that is designed to meet the most demanding of your requirements. This is the largest size in the Q Install range, and will give amazing room filling sound.
They give you the ability to listen to music throughout your home, even in bathrooms as they are moisture proof. Before listening to the same music throughout each room was impossible due to the impractical nature of having the speakers dotted around in each room, yet the 8” Performance in-ceiling stereo speaker now lets you do that.
